Behind the Fashion of Punjabi Sikhs || The 5 K’s of Sikhism
Fact:
I originally wanted to make this video about “How Punjabi Sikh’s often get mistakenly labeled as muslims....”
Truth:
This video took a turn into learning about how Muslim or Sikh fashions are completely different. People on this side of the world already have a knowledge of this and would never mistake the two. I hope my video is a good catalyst for others to gain this knowledge as well.
fact:
The McDonalds closest to The Golden Temple, Harmandir Sahib, is completely vegetarian. They sell a vegetarian version of the Big Mac called, Maharaja Mac.

fact:
Over 100,000 people eat at the Golden Temple every day at no cost, making it the largest free kitchen in the world.
fact:
Over the course of filming I changed hotels five times to keep unwanted visitors away.
fact:
In the past women were often criticized for traveling alone at night. You can find some families who still condemn female independence in their household, but many households are advocating for change.
